The Indian sage Patanjali is believed to have collated the practice of yoga into the Yoga Sutra an estimated 2,000 years ago. The Sutra is a collection of 195 statements that serves as a philosophical guidebook for most of the yoga that is practiced today. It also outlines eight limbs of yoga: the yamas (restraints), niyamas (observances), asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), pratyahara (withdrawal of senses), dharana (concentration), dhyani (meditation), and samadhi (absorption). As we explore these eight limbs, we begin by refining our behavior in the outer world, and then we focus inwardly until we reach samadhi (liberation, enlightenment).



  At Sadhaka Yoga Room we are focused on providing and teaching high Quality Hatha Yoga in a heated room in Fishers, Indiana.  Located inside Re-form movement Pilates and Noble Z fitness.  Our Yoga Studio is heated with infrared heaters to between 75-85 degrees.   We use Energy centers in the body to help us create more heat from the inside out to help us sweat and detoxify.    We gain flexibility, focus, balance, strength among many other great benefits.   If you are interested in trying Hot Yoga in fishers, Indiana. this studio is a great place to start your yoga journey!  Our room is "heated" to a comfortable temperature so you are not over whelmed with heat so All Levels are welcomed.  (Depends on you how much you sweat.?)  If your interested in learning Hot Yoga. and also the teachings of yoga then come out!  Come begin your journey!  Ages 13 and up with parent consent!
